How do you send my purchase? We use Sendle's network of carbon-neutral couriers, and Australia Post services. Please see our Domestic Shipping Page or our International Shipping Page for more information about the options available to you.
How much does shipping cost? We offer free Sendle delivery to street addresses within Australia, for orders of $75.00 or more. If your order is under $74.99 or you'd prefer to select another delivery option, your shipping cost is calculated based on the size and destination of your order.
When will I receive my order? Delivery times vary, depending on the delivery service selected, and the destination.
For example, Sendle's domestic network of carbon neutral courier deliver by road only, so while customers in Melbourne (where we are based) may receive their delivery the same day or next business day, deliveries to Perth, Darwin and remote regions can take up to 12 business days from pick-up. As soon as your parcel is booked for Sendle courier pick up, you will receive a delivery timeframe estimate, and a link to track your delivery's transit to you.
If you'd prefer to use an Australia Post service, you can use their Delivery Calculator to estimate your delivery time. Similarly, if you select an Australia Post delivery option, you will be provided with a Tracking ID upon dispatch of your order, so that you can monitor your parcel's progress online.

What if I need my purchase ASAP? If you are experiencing a 'gifting emergency', we recommend the use of Australia Post's Express Post option, which offers delivery to most Australian addresses within 1-2 business days.
We also offer a 'click & collect' service for customers in Melbourne.

Are all your products in-stock? Computer says Yes! If an item is listed online as in stock, then, to the best of our knowledge, this item is in stock and available for purchase. Very occasionally, someone might buy the last available product off the shelf in our store, while the item is still in your Shopping Cart, and our stock levels have not yet updated, or, even more occasionally, our inventory levels may be out of whack due to human error, or even *shock-horror*, in-store theft. In the instance that your selected item is not available for immediate dispatch, we’ll get in touch with you ASAP (definitely within 48 hours) to advise you of an ETA, offer you a replacement, or, if you do not wish to wait or substitute your item, refund you.
What if I can’t find what I want? We have an extensive and continually evolving product range in-store, and upwards of 95% of our range is available online. If you’ve seen something in store, and can’t find it online, please Contact Us, describing what you’re looking for and we’ll be happy to help you out. If the item is not currently available, we may be able to let you know if and when more is due, notify you when they arrive, or, if possible, place a special order for you or direct you to another retailer.
What if an item I’ve bought and paid for is not available? If we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you within 48 hours and you can choose to select alternative goods to the same value, or to receive a refund in full for the unavailable item and any shipping costs paid for that item.
How can I make payment online? We accept online payment via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Paypal. Our website is compliant with all 6 PCI categories to ensure a secure online payment experience for you, every time.
Can I put items on hold or lay-by? No, we do not offer lay-by, or an online hold service.
What currency are your prices in? All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
