Hasa Design - Fiddle Bow Bread Knife

$40.00

Hasa Design is a Tasmanian timber wares company specialising in uniquely Australian products. All their wares are designed and made in Tasmania, using locally grown, sustainably sourced timber.

Hasa do not aim to compete with cheap, off-shore manufacturing, their interest is in creating top-quality products in a fair and sustainable manner. Their unwavering belief in good design, excellent workmanship and quality materials ensures you will treasure your little piece of Tasmania for years to come.

Inspired by a traditional North American bread knife design, the Fiddle Bow Knife makes cutting fresh bread a breeze. The broadly serrated blade glides through even the softest bread, and the wooden spine provides a guide to help you create even, straight slices. Particularly favoured by home-bread-makers, this knife is also recommended for people with low-level vision, and of course, common-garden-variety wonky-bread-cutters!
