Free Shipping on orders of $150 and over

Simply add goods totalling $150.00 or more to your cart, and a Free Shipping option will be available to you at Checkout.

Free Shipping service is provided via Australia Post's Standard Parcel Post network (with Tracking Number).

We use Australia Post’s Parcel Post network.  

 

Shipping costs

To preview shipping costs, add your chosen product/s to your cart, and use the 'Estimate your Shipping' tool below.  Simply enter your postcode, and you will be quoted for a range of Australia Post Parcel services including: Standard Parcel Post, Standard Parcel Post with Signature on Delivery, Express Parcel Post and Express Parcel Post with Signature on Delivery.  Please note that Australia Post does not supply all services to all areas of Australia (ie. Express Post is not available to remote areas). 


Processing timeframes

  • Orders placed online before 10.00am AEST (Monday-Friday) will be shipped the same day.  
  • Orders placed after 10.00am AEST (Monday-Friday) may be shipped the next business day. 
  • Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

 

Delivery timeframes

Australia Post delivery timeframes are as follows: 

Express Parcel Post provides Next Business Day delivery to major metro and regional population centres across Australia.  Please ensure your delivery address is serviced by Australia Post's Express Service before selecting this option!

Standard Parcel Post usually takes 2- 4 business days, to most capital city locations within Australia.  This service may take longer to other areas. 

Please note: Blackbird & Fox take no responsibility for any delays or losses once your item has been issued to Australia Post.

Please remember to allow extra time for delivery at peak times (such as pre-Christmas),

we highly recommed the use of Express Post if time is of the essence!


Tracking

You will be provided with a Tracking Number, which will  allow you to follow the progress of your parcel through Australia Post's distribution network (pending Australia Post's updates of your Tracking details.  Please note: Blackbird & Fox take no responsibility for delays or failures of Australia Post to update your Tracking information).
