Bridget Farmer is a Victorian Printmaker, whose work reflects her fascination with birds. Her unique Bird Mobiles are made from strong layered plywood, and every one is hand printed in multiple layers from hand cut lino plates to provide the species' distinct colours and details.
The New Holland Honeyeater is depicted atop a yellow banksia flower.
The Superb Fairy Wren stands on a grey pebble.
The Australian Magpie is depicted the White Backed sub-species (South / Eastern regions) and as the Black Backed variety (Inland / Northern regions) on the reverse.
The Laughing Kookaburra is depicted perched upon a branch.
