COVID-19 Response

From Thursday 6th August, our storefront will be closed to customers.

However, continues to trade as normal.

Please place your orders online for home delivery, or select ‘click & collect’ for contactless pick-up (available daily, from 10.00am – 1.00pm).

We look forward to welcoming you back in-store to browse someday soon. For the time being, our team is in-store daily for the purposes of safely fulfilling online and phone orders only (strictly no walk-ins and no in-store payments allowed).

While we are packing and dispatching your online orders, please rest assured that the following in-store measures are in place:

Hand hygiene:  Staff are regularly and thoroughly washing their hands with soap and water, and using an effective alcohol based hand sanitiser.  

Respiratory hygiene: In keeping with Victorian Government regulations, all staff are wearing multi-layered face masks at all times, to minimise the potential risk of expired droplet based transmission.

Store cleanliness:  All frequently used surfaces (such as: keyboard, countertops, telephone, doorhandles etc) are disinfected at the beginning and end of each employee's shift.  Staff are working solo, to ensure adequate physical distancing from one another and to minimise the risk of potential transmission between colleagues.

Contactless dispatch & receipt:  Staff are working to specific protocols to ensure the safe handling of incoming and outgoing goods.  Please note the detailed directions at our front door, advising what you need to do to help ensure your contactless pick-up goes as smoothly as possible.  These instructions are as much for your safety as ours, so we thank you in advance for your understanding and co-operation with these measures.

Thorough record keeping for potential contact tracing: We are maintaining records of the date and time that each order is collected, so that you can be promptly notified for contact tracing, should this ever be required.  Similarly, staff attendance and details of all courier deliveries are recorded, to ensure that DHHS have the contact information they require for notifying any individual of the need to isolate or get tested, should this be warranted at any stage during lockdown.

Self monitoring:  Our staff have been advised not to attend work if they are unwell, exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19, or have been knowingly exposed to a carrier.   Please DO NOT attend for a 'click & collect' pick-up if you are experiencing symptoms or have had close contact with a known carrier of COVID-19.
